1. Welcome to Irreklama

Irreklama is a community marketplace for buying and selling locally in Malta and Gozo. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these Terms.

2. Who can use Irreklama

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. One person, one account. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. Listings & content

• Only list items that you legally own and that are legal to sell in Malta.
• Photos must be of the actual item — no stock images of items you don't have.
• No prohibited items: weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, recalled or unsafe products, live animals, human remains, hateful items, or anything that breaks Maltese or EU law.
• Prices must be in Euro and must reflect a real intent to sell.

4. Buying & selling

Irreklama is a classifieds platform. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not handle payments, escrow, or shipping. You are responsible for inspecting items in person and for any agreement you reach with the other party.

5. Behaviour

Be kind. No harassment, hate speech, scams, spam, or attempts to take conversations off-platform to defraud users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant Irreklama a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote your listings on the platform.

7. Liability

Irreklama is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform or any transaction with another user.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
