Are there any fees or commissions?

No. Listing, browsing, messaging, offers and the AI tools are all **free**. We don't take a cut and we don't process payments — buyers pay sellers directly on the day.

We may add optional paid features in the future (e.g. premium boosts), but core selling will always be free.

How do I buy something?

Open any listing, then tap **Message seller** or **Make an offer**. Agree on a price and a meeting spot — payment happens in person on delivery or collection.

How do offers work?

On any active listing, tap **Make an offer** and propose your price. The seller is notified instantly and can **accept**, **decline**, or **counter**. All your offers — incoming and outgoing — live on the **Offers** page.

When an offer is accepted, the listing is automatically held for you for **48 hours** so no one else can buy it.

What's a counter-offer?

If you receive an offer you don't quite agree with, tap **Counter** and propose a different price. The other party can accept, decline, or counter back — there's no limit on rounds.

Why was my offer instantly declined?

Some sellers set a private **minimum acceptable price**. If your offer falls below it, the system politely declines straight away to save everyone time. Try again with at least 10% more.

How do I save items for later?

Tap the **heart** on any listing to add it to your **Favorites**. We'll notify you if the price drops or the item is reserved.

Can I be notified when a price drops?

Yes. Tap the **bell** icon on a listing to set a price alert. We'll notify you the moment the seller lowers the price — by push, email, or both (your choice in Settings).

How do I get alerts for new matching items?

From the **Browse** page, set your filters (category, price, locality, keyword) then tap **Save this search**. We'll alert you whenever a matching listing is posted.

What if I can't find what I want?

Post a **Wanted ad** — describe what you're after and sellers will message you with matches. Great for hard-to-find or niche items.

What does "Reserved" mean on a listing?

When a seller accepts an offer, the listing is **held for that buyer for 48 hours**. During the hold, the listing shows as Reserved and other buyers can't make new offers. After 48h, the hold lifts automatically unless the buyer collects first.

**Irreklama never holds money.** You pay the seller directly when you meet — cash, bank transfer, or Revolut, whatever you both agree.

Never pay before inspecting the item, and never wire money to someone you've never met.

An optional **private floor** you can set on your listing. Offers below this number are politely auto-declined so you don't get spammed by lowballs. Buyers never see your floor.

New listings appear at the top of Browse. If yours has slipped, hit **Bump** from your Dashboard to push it back to the top — it's free to bump once a week.

Going away? Toggle **Vacation mode** in Settings. All your active listings are paused until you flip it back — no buyers can message or make offers in the meantime.

Once you leave Irreklama, **we can't help if something goes wrong** — no record of what was agreed, no way to report the user, no review. Keep important conversations here at least until you've met.

How do I control which notifications I get?

Go to **Settings → Notifications**. Toggle email, push, and in-app notifications independently for messages, offers, price drops, and saved-search matches. You can also set a **daily digest** and **quiet hours**.

Open the **bell** icon → **Snooze**. Pick 1 hour, 8 hours, or until tomorrow morning. Critical alerts (offer accepted, item sold) still come through.

Tap the **theme picker** in the header (sun/moon icon). Pick from **System, Auto, Light, Cream, Mediterranean, Bazaar**. There's also an **Accent** swatch — Mint, Coral, Sky, Lavender, Sunshine — that recolours buttons and links over any theme.

Keyboard: press **T** to cycle themes forward, **Shift+T** backward. Your choice syncs across devices when signed in.

I'm away — how do I pause without delisting?

Turn on **Vacation mode** in **Dashboard → Settings**. Your active listings stay on your profile but are hidden from search and category pages, and buyers see a friendly 'back soon' note in chat. Flip it off when you're back — nothing is lost.

What's the difference between following and muting?

**Follow** a listing or seller to get a ping when the price drops or they post something new. **Mute** does the opposite — silences notifications and hides the seller's items from your feed without blocking them. Both are reversible from the same heart/bell icon on the listing or profile.

Can I show my phone or email on my profile?

Yes, but it's **off by default**. Open **Dashboard → Profile → Public contact** and toggle phone or email visibility. Buyers will see chips on your seller page they can tap to call, WhatsApp or email you.

Can I get an alert when something similar comes back?

Yes. If you favourite a listing that's already **sold or reserved**, we automatically watch for similar items (same category, ±20% price) and ping you when one is published. No setup needed — works in the background.

I sold it offline — how do I close the listing?

On your listing, tap **✓ Wrap it up** (the mint button visible to you as the owner). You'll get three options:

1. **Sold here** — pick the buyer to leave reviews.
2. **Sold elsewhere** — closes the listing and politely cancels any open offers with one message.
3. **Just close** — if you no longer want to sell.

Can I compare a few listings side by side?

Yes. Add up to **4 listings** to **Compare** from the heart-menu on any tile, then open `/compare` to see price, condition, location and seller trust side by side. Useful for picking between similar phones, bikes or appliances.

A short personalised list refreshed once a day, based on what you've browsed, favourited and searched. It's the gentlest way to discover new items without scrolling. Visiting daily also builds your **streak badge** — small reward, big momentum.

Go to **Settings → Account → Delete account**. We schedule deletion for **30 days** so you can change your mind by signing in and tapping **Cancel deletion**. After 30 days, all your listings, messages, offers and reviews are permanently removed.
