Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info you give us: email, display name, username, avatar, location, bio.
• Listing content: titles, descriptions, photos, prices, condition, location.
• Messages between buyers and sellers.
• Basic usage data: device type, pages visited, listings viewed.

How we use it

• To run the marketplace: showing listings, sending messages, notifying you.
• To keep the platform safe: investigating reports, blocking abuse.
• To improve the product: understanding which features are used.

Sharing

Your public profile, listings and ratings are visible to anyone. We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted infrastructure providers (e.g. Supabase, Lovable Cloud) under data-processing agreements.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing privacy@irreklama.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner of Malta.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We don't use advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Deleted listings and messages may be retained for a short period in backups before being permanently removed.
